As for this legs challenge, I completed it
in 10 minutes and followed it up with the core challenge and then 30 minutes of cardio
on the elliptical — a

I squat 280 for 12
on atg squats and I feel
great but I am training for powerlifting single ply but every time I squat parallel 185 feels like 275 when I do pause box squats to a parallel bench I repped 375 for 20 and how would squatting atg

It is such a
great core and leg
workout since you are standing
in an athletic stance the entire time and need to keep your center of gravity
on point.
These can be
great because you can get a high intensity
workout done
in only 15 - 30 minutes without having to go to the gym
on days that you might not have time for a trip to the gym.
Even if you find you work better
on your own, the right
workout partner can force you to tap into those extra reserves of strength and energy so that you push through a few extra reps.. The right

great, however what i cant seem to find information
on is volume when performing the exercises... what would you recommend for a pre
