Unless he can find a system that allows him to field all four, it could lead to some difficult questions being asked with Suarez arguably the most at risk given his age,
poor form early
on this season and with Griezmann playing
in the same
position.
1) When you can not beat mid teams like Hull and Tottenham at home 2) You have no track record of beating top teams who you should be competing with 3) You struggle against any decent opposition that decides to play good football and apply themselves tactically 4) A confused manager with
poor tactics, playing players
in wrong
position, throws a blind eye when a possible solution presents itself (Fabregas) and makes no move or
poor moves
in the market when he does GUYS to be honest we are at risk of losing out
on 4th place with a resurgent Man U, fighting Liverpool and decent team like Everton and Southampton.
Director of football would make zero difference with Wenger
in charge, because they will have no say whatsoever
in terms of the consistently
poor decisions being made
on a match day, such as: team selection, players
in their correct
positions, mentality, man - marking, formations, tactics, substitutions, fitness, and
in - game management.
What that teaches us is this, one bad signing can destroy a team season, Xhaka possesses none of the credential Arsenal need his lack of stamina effects his ability to move up the pitch and distribute the ball and hence close the opposition down, his
poor acceleration put him
in at a massive disadvantage
in taking
on the one
on one chase back toward his goal, his sluggish tackling causes him to get sent off and his
poor positioning allow the opposition plenty of space to exploit, Xhaka overall style of play is going to cause Arsenal huge problems for the foreseeable future.
It's better if Arsenal use the money they would have used
on Mbappe to strengthen the required
positions in our team. That would be the wiser thing to do.Besides it likely Mbappe will stay for at least one season before moving and to me he should. What is Wenger waiting for?Why not just go all out and sign a striker even if that'll be our only signing.Arsene should just sign someone who knows where the net is.I still can't believe wevmissed out
on the EPL to Leicester. It was all down to
poor finishing.Even if it was meant to be for Leicester there's a reason why everything happens.
That's right good old sourness pass and kick... Don't need to listen to this complete and utter managerial flop
on anything... That said wilshere has been
poor this tournament doesn't look for the ball and has lost his turn if once to go past players
in tight
positions... He should be worried if he can't get these back... Hoping it's just the lay off
Xhaka has been
poor all season.Send him out
on loan and put AMN
in.Could the boy do worse? Not likely to but he has enormous potential if played
in his natural
position and given a good run
in the side.If that doesn't wake up Xhaka to what is needed to play for a big?club then flog him
in the summer
coquelin is a decent player but overrated by many fans because he did fill a gap a couple of seasons ago when he came back from charlton and did it well... but like ramsey running around non-stop is not
in itself the defining feature of a quality footballer for a DM tackling,
positioning, link up play and passing are equally important coquelin is excellent
on two of these good
on one and
poor on last two... xhaka overall is a better DM and should be starting all the time to make him an integral part of a cohesive set up
the problem is not with sanchez but the reluctance of others to move up with him; the guy showed more energy and effort than all the others
on saturday; ramsey was
poor on saturday but to his credit he continues to get
in to scoring
positions but we need to have attack minded players who do the same; the ox is still work
in progress
in this respect but ozil should be encouraged to stay high and another attacker brought
in... reus the colombian kid somebody who can link up with sanchez....
I would play chambers
in dm
position alongside ramsey with ozil having free role behind sanchez and ox
on right that gives us plenty of pace and will allow ozil to get
on the ball more and produce his magic passes he will be much more influential then stuck out
on the wing espec as he is
poor at tracking back so lets play to his strengths that will get the best out of him and
in turn create more chances for forwards!
U haven't even begun to touch
on his unbelievably
poor decision making, I shake my head every time I see carl jenkinson
in a west ham shirt and when monreal looks like a helpless chicken at CB and when I see diaby chilling
in reserves with his 60k a week, promising to return to action
in a few weeks as always and i also shake my head when joel Campbell and lukas podolski remain
on the bench when we need firepower and when ozil fails
on the wing for the gazillionth time and when flamini dives
in and flops around like a helpless seal and when arteta gets shoved around like a kid
in a playground and when wilshere is put
in a new
position
How come he keeps thinking Ramsey is capable of playing
on the right wing when clearly he is
poor on the right and his best
position is
in the middle.
Wenger is an amazing manager a consistent winner most managers get to a club the club signs all theses big players for him and say please win and the manager wins if luckey
on to three seasons then fired cause the players got old and the manager did hardly a thing we habe a loual great you sad sack maybe arsenal fans we beat spurs
on aggregate this season again thanks to mr. Wenger and if we did nt get another
poor official call would have been 1 - 0 up the sad thing is we should be 3rd or second
in table but stikers have underperformed regardless of beating united as we dominated them but lossed the players fell off
in 5 games swansea westbrom stoke city watford bournemouth and lets mention horrible officiating this year we have a great manager its just this year the bounces and calls havent gone our way i mean i love watching us constantly beat chelsea lets have a real assessment for once those games are the difference
in the season right now and thats not wengers fault the players faild to perform from winning
positions

but i do expect this season to be more of transition - still fine tuning players
positions an roles etc so there might be
poor games, but if we win - we win that title admin gave me one thought: Y ’ all act like you never seen a white person before Jaws all
on the floor like Pam and Tommy just burst
in the door forgot the rest lol
players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting world every once
in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler, who have a different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest
on the part of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression
on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely
in the mix, as their respective teams try desperately to find a way to get the best out of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking of tactics... when things go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike...
in the case of Ozil and Sundin, their successes
on the international stage and / or with their former teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being run by corporations who valued profitability over providing the best possible product
on the field... for them, they cared more about shirt sales and season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil of any responsibility for his failures
on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind of players necessary for him to flourish... with our
poor man's version of Benzema up front, the headless chickens
in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide
positions far too often and the fact that Carzola, who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet
on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and for much of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers...
in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be
in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship football back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame
on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled player to find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
@akin I think Wenger should stick with gab n koscielny coz they had a bad day due to
poor performance from arteta and d full backs.they'll both b more comfortable with coq Caz n rams, and then bells n Monreal.my concern, which is that of all of us is converting our chances.do u know who I actualy think can rescue us?RAMSEY!yea as odd as it sounds its rams who can get into those
positions on his days n put d ball @d back of d net.Alexis lion should also find it good if Chelsea uses azpillicueta
in place of ivanovic.I see us beating chelsea
If this was the first time we have had a
poor start or had lots of injuries or failed to sign players we need I would agree give Wenger time and a chance to correct but this is why so many of us are fed up is this is the 9th year now.wenger has no excuses he chose not to buy a DM and CB
in the summer when he had the cash to do so, he fails to work
on the defensive side of the game and we lose games we should win, he plays top players out of
position arshsvin and now Ozil.
Chelsea may have comeback from two goals down to beat Leicester
in the cup
on Tuesday but they would not have been
in that
position but for Luiz and his erratic
positioning and lack of defensive awareness and the Foxes would have been out of sight but for some
poor finishing.
Just hope wenger starts him Campbell and elmeny... Despite their
position need our strongest side out... 3 points from last 9 would be a very
poor haul for an aspiring champion... Would leave us 3 above spurs who are way better than people
on this sight want to credit and still only 8 points above one of the most haplessly managed man utd sides
in a long time....
Ramsey is
poor on the wing but he was put there anyway and favoured over players more suited to the
position because Wenger wanted to force him
in the squad.
Surely put them
on from the start to try to get into a winning
position, and then perhaps take them off if the
poor tired things are really
in such need of a rest.
Well said.Am I right
in saying that our passing has been more shocking and woeful than our defending or finishing? If only we passed and held
on the ball better numerous goals this season wouldn't have been conceded due to not aimlessly giving the ball away. How come we never focus
on solving our passing problems.Our
positioning when receiving passes is also
poor.
Carroll or whoever plays lone striker is isolated, there is no width or penetration
in attacking
positions, there is little creative influence with Lanzini wasted stranded out
on the wing, midfield players do not do enough to support the defence and passing decisions and execution are
poor.
A
poor run of just two draws from their first six games of the season have left them
in 19th
position on the log and, to an extent early candidates for relegation.
Things started to settle down a bit after the early chances, but a
poor tackle by Cristian Roldan
on Giovinco after a tussle for the ball gave Toronto a free kick
in a very dangerous
position.
For the past three seasons Stoke have finished
in a very creditable ninth
position, and if you read some of the comments
on social media criticising our team for not beating a «
poor Stoke side» then I think they are misleading.
