This recipe started out as a
quesadilla filling,, I enjoyed it as is, mounded
in a bowl
with a hefty dose of freshly cracked black pepper.
In this case, KRAFT asked me to make one of the recipes from their website to show off their new cheese packaging, so I chose their Chopped Chicken Salad
with Mexican style Four Cheese blend (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Asadero, Queso
Quesadilla cheeses).

Asian - Mexican fusion is all the rage right now, and we're
in full support Kimchi is a Korean condiment made from spicy fermented cabbage, and is absolutely delicious tucked into these
quesadillas along
with spiced black beans.
In my last post, I mentioned that while my husband and I were busy snacking on these Asian
quesadillas with hoisin sauce, chicken and zucchini, T was busy fashioning a leprechaun trap out of a cardboard box, complete
