Puree the soup using a stick blender (or
in a regular blender in batches, but take care and leave room for steam to escape).
If you don't have a hand - blender, you can definitely do the last
step in your regular blender jar: just puree about half the total mixture in the blender and then remix everything together.
Place coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin puree, salt, and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl and use an immersion blender to blend the mixture into a smooth consistency (note: if you don't have an immersion blender, blend all the
ingredients in a regular blender and then pour into a mixing bowl).
Blend with an hand mixer (immersion blender) or
in a regular blender in batches, just make sure when blending hot soup the blender it isn't airtight or it can explode, we don't want that!
I let the mixture blend on high speed for 5 - 6 minutes until heated (don't do
this in a regular blender!).
I haven't tried
this in a regular blender so I'm not sure if it will work the same.
Strain through a sieve, then blend on high speed with an immersion blender or
in a regular blender (wait until it is cooled, though!)
If lumps happen, pass gravy through a sieve or strainer, or puree it (with an immersion blender or, very carefully,
in a regular blender).
Once they are soft you can blend it all using a stick blender or by blending
it in a regular blender, until you get a smooth and creamy soup.
Add the pumpkin puree and coconut cream concentrate, blend until smooth with a stick blender (or
in your regular blender).
In a regular blender: Follow the instructions above, but you'll need to blend for a bit longer — somewhere around 2 minutes or a bit longer, depending on your machine.
Place an immersion blender into the pot and puree the soup, or puree the soup in batches,
in a regular blender.
If you are going to try
it in a regular blender I would recommend defrosting the frozen berries first and adding a couple of ice cubes to it.
Puree the soup with a hand - held stick blender or in small batches

Purée until completely smooth, either with an immersion blender or in smaller batches
in a regular blender.
You can also make
this in a regular blender or food processor, but know that you won't get the creamy result that is intended (it will still taste darned good).
I've let the same mixture run
in my regular blender for five minutes and it still came out chunky), and then poured it over ice in my regular blender to make a milkshake - ish drink.
I'm sure you can make
this in a regular blender too, it just won't be as smooth, and that is totally fine too.
