There are 600 muscles in our body and training every muscle
group in a single workout is not possible or practical, therefore, incorporate only the best and right techniques.
That's all well and good, but why not get the best bang for your buck by engaging your entire
body in a single workout move?
One way I'm going to try and reduce DOMS and CNS fatigue from workouts is by not training to failure and limiting the
volume in any single workout by spreading it out over the week.
You can also see there isn't too much
volume in a single workout, but it's a lot of volume which is evenly spread out over the entire week into less intense workouts.
When you're training two or three muscle
groups in a single workout, you may think you need to rest longer between sets and try to achieve a 45 -60-minute workout, but by activating all areas, you'll need to decrease the rest periods between sets, which will enable you to maintain a high level of intensity throughout the workout and increase the fat burning process.
With so many to choose from, it'll be tough to get through
them all in a single workout session!
