Once it's cooled you'll
spray a little cooking
spray inside your
muffin tins and drop enough of the mixture
in to fill it about 2/3 of the way full.

spray then add the egg white mixture into 6 of the
muffin cups leaving about 1/2 inch space
in each
muffin.
I wish I would have just put them
in the pan as I did not
