After years of struggling with a soggy cheesecake crust (from baking
in a springform pan in a waterbath = #leakymess) I finally threw in the towel and decided to just use a regular cake pan.

in two logs, as for regular strudel.

springform pan for this cake since it would be difficult to get it out of a regular cake
pan in one piece.

This is a coarse textured, lusty bread that you make
in a
springform pan (or two loaves).
I baked it

springform pan as recommended and it turned out beautifully.
Give each ladyfinger a quick dunk on each side
in the mixture (no more than 2 seconds per side), gently shake off any excess, and place

springform pan, sugar - side up.
