Fold it
in half lengthwise (
so you have a 6.5 - inch by 30 - inch rectangle), and place it folded side down,
so it lines the side of the
springform pan (see left - side photo below recipe).

also you need to make sure that the
springform pan you will use is able to go into your freezer for a few hours,
so make space for it beforehand
so you can easily place it
in there once it is ready to freeze.
