They turned out absolutely scrumptious, but i made the mistake of using quite creamy mashed sweet potatoes, so they kept falling
apart in the waffle iron.
However, rather making a reach for white flour and wasting away a ton of nutrients, just crisp them up a minute or two longer than
normal in the waffle iron.
So basically, you're going to make waffles, cut them into pieces, and then bake them
again in your waffle iron soaked in a delicious custard.
Especially when said corn dogs are
cooked in a waffle iron, which basically makes them the healthiest corn dogs ever since they're not deep fried.
