Then when you're ready to make your frosting, you only use the fat from the
coconut milk, melt it together with a bag of
chocolate chips (I used dairy free ones), add a little vanilla
and salt to taste
and stick it
in the fridge to re-solidify until ready to use.
Make the dipping mixture by combining the 3 oz of
chocolate and 2 tbsp of
coconut oil
in a small pot.

• 1/4 cup
coconut oil • 1/2 cup
coconut sugar • 1 large egg • 1 tsp vanilla • 1.5 cups almond meal • 2 T arrowroot starch • 2 T
coconut flour • Pinch salt • 1/4 Tsp baking soda • 1/2 cup soy free
chocolate chunks (or a good bar chopped up) • 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts / pecans would be best, I only had cashews) • 1/2 cup fresh cherries (pit
and cut
in half)
Pre-coat truffles with thin layer of tempered
chocolate (see Chef's Note below)
and dust with cocoa powder, or toss
in toasted
coconut flakes.
While these are baking you can make the
chocolate sauce — simply melt the
coconut oil on the hob, then stir
in the remaining ingredients until smooth
and silky.
I do like
chocolate and coconut together usually, but not
in this form.
I put
in raisons instead of
chocolate and a big handful of shredded
coconut and they were delicious!!
Get your caffeine fix
in this parfait layered with
chocolate syrup, mocha pudding, almond vanilla chia pudding, whipped
coconut cream
and chopped dark
chocolate.
Melt the
chocolate chips
and coconut oil (if using)
in the microwave for about 3 minutes at 50 % power, stirring after each minute (see note).
To prepare the
chocolate, just melt the
chocolate and coconut oil
in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring consistently.
Follow everything

and I love the «origin german
chocolate» cake since my youth
and I can say you: The real «origin» ones are NOT made with nuts like walnut, hazelnut or
coconut!
In a heatproof bowl add
chocolate chunks
and coconut milk.
In layers, alternate the
chocolate chips,

I used pumpkin liquor instead of bourbon, 1 cup regular flour
