I did notice that there is corn gluten meal
in every flavor except for the lamb and rice so if there are
dogs out there who are sensitive to it they might want to be wary of it, but it isn't # 1
in the ingredients
list, that tells me that the
food has a very small amount and is not primarily made of corn gluten meal.
That means it's always a good idea to give your
dog a
food that has meat
listed in its first three ingredients.
In general, many
dog owners agreed that the low price of Exclusive
dog food was a selling point, as well as its
list of ingredients.
As of right now, none of the Exclusive
dog food formulas are involved
in any pet
food recalls, and there are no Exclusive
dog food formulas
listed on the FDA's pet
food recall
list.
Usually good
dog foods will
list something like «deboned chicken, chicken meal» as the first and second ingredients
in a
food, so there is less salmon meal
in this
food that we might wish.
As of right now, Flint River Ranch
dog food has not been involved
in any recent pet
food recalls, and is not currently
listed on the FDA recall
list.
Dog food ingredients are generally
listed in accordance with their weight
in decreasing order but don't forget to take moisture content into consideration.
According to current information, Purina One
dog food is not involved
in any pet
food recalls, and is not
listed on the FDA's pet
food recall
list.
Rice Bran — The fifth ingredient

Whole Fruits and Vegetables — Some of the higher quality dry
dog foods list vegetable and fruits

list.
When it comes to evaluating the ingredients
list for a
dog food product, you should focus on the top five ingredients since they will be present
in the highest quantity.
If there are two ingredients
listed in the name, like Chicken and Liver
Dog Food, those two ingredients must make up 95 % of the product combined and the one present
in higher quantity must be
listed first.
You want to find dry
dog foods that have excellent ingredients
in the top 5 positions of the ingredient
