However, Richard feels like he just isn't that interested
in Food Blogging (neither does he care for vegan pizza recipes), and thus he has decided to retire from the food blogging scene.

In years past, I've fasted the Internet or

I started writing a blog
in November, but it took me quite a long time to really take that step, as I had always been wondering what other people might think of me
blogging about healthy, mostly plant - based
food, as most people around me don't share this interest and think quite different than I do.
I considered discussing how absolutely gorgeous every single one of these salads looks, how brilliantly talented my
blogging besties are or how it's taken me far too long to jump on the
food in a jar train.

I'm thankful for the
food blogging community and the creativity that thrives
in it.
In addition to
blogging, she's a cookbook author (read my interview with her and get the recipe for her Stuffed Pizza Rolls here) a spokesperson, and you can also catch her on
Food Network where she's often judging cooking competitions.
You're kind of my hero, both
in blogging and
in food.
One of my favorite things about this time of year
in the
blogging world is learning about how other people celebrate the holidays including their memories and
food traditions and this bountiful bowl looks like the essence of comfort and deliciousness.
And because I can't not share more seasonal foodie love, here are a sprinkling of more recipes created by our
