I decided on Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint
in Ironstone.
I actually just finished my very first MMS Milk Paint project
in Ironstone and it chipped almost the same as yours.
I now have a few branches of the cotton pods
in my ironstone pitcher.
For fall I have some pears on
it in Ironstone.
I used Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint
in Ironstone (and gave the rest of the thing a fresh coat also), then sealed it all with 2 coats of GF High Performance Top Coat.
I love the fall flowers
in ironstone and tucked into the basket!
With the addition of glass hurricanes filled with green apples, fresh Fall flowers
in an ironstone tureen, votive candles and velvet pumpkins, our Autumn tablescape is done!
After it was sanded I painted the table with milk paint
in ironstone with some bonding agent mixed in.

in the ironstone are just gorgeous, and really make the tablescape stand out.

Even though the Adams Empress is from the 1960's it blends right
in with the older Johnson Brother's
ironstone dishes which are stacked just to the left of the cake stand.

Transferware bits and pieces
