in our own country, or the lack of education, which is exactly what leads to this kind of debate?

in WAY too many churches for the case to be made that church community is the only place to live out a
love for God
in service with and for others.
Without that orientation, we're
too apt to
love our neighbors (and ourselves)
in a merely earthly
way, mistaking material improvements for spiritual growth.

Catholicity applied to the Christian Movement embodies the kind of boundary - lessness that is implied
in the Johannine declaration of God's
love for «the cosmos» as the rationale of the cross; and it embodies,

All I was saying was that IF you think it is a sin, we should still
love and accept LGBT people, just as we
love and accept people who lie, eat
too much, drink
