meals.
Chicken is easy to work with

and pulled out as needed to add to a range of hearty main

and salads.
Making it is so easy,
and in just a few minutes you can have the perfect treat to have
in your bag
and snack between
meals.
First of all, there were some questions with yesterday's «day
in the life» post regarding my
snacking and meal time habits.
If protein powder isn't your thing, you can sub
in half or all of the milk with greek yogurt for your protein boost,
and if you're having this smoothie as a
