Here our approach can not be existential, for we can not participate

reflections significantly influence, or be derived from, our own quest for a
meaningful selfhood.
The work of the faculty

reflection and the application of insight into the many operations of the school is truly like a heart of the school with the circulation being the sharing of insight as nourishment.
The metaphorical significance of a solar eclipse, the temporary darkening of illumination, can invite deep,
meaningful reflection on the rich dance of dark and light
in our ordinary lives.

Not surprisingly, Betty became disappointed
in the lack of participation from her fellow first - year teachers and eventually ranked the tool least likely to encourage
