Aside from the mode, Microsoft also added other improvement in the latest build, including an update set of designs for emoji, plus the ability to search using
emoji in more languages.
Microsoft's Emoji panel can now be
used in more languages, and you can now use It to insert multiple emoji at once.

It's not the most elegant of solutions, but it's a handy stopgap until Microsoft makes Cortana
available in more languages and regions.
