The tender beef spiked with Japanese sake on top of sticky white sushi rice (wrapped
in nori) is scrumptious.
I know, it sounds basic, but to me a summer isn't complete without the perfect tomato sandwich; this elevated version was wrapped
in nori.
I know I need to go slow and add carbs one at a time... so far Japanese sweet potato — one a day mixed up in my daily bowl of 6 oz protein (including 3 boiled eggs), 1/2 cup spinach / brocoli cooked, 12 baby carrots and one small beet — steamed or and 1/3 cup orange winter squash... 2 tabs my homemade mayo — chopped up and mixed in my daily bowl and wrapped
in nori sheets — I eat ever 2.5 or 3 hours stop at 5 start again at 7 am... so far so great!

Also, I have tried this and it works, but if you want to add a few pieces of
nori (the sheet you use for sushi... you can buy them
in the Asian aisles of most grocery stores), it will definitely add more of a tunafish flavor!
Wrap Onigiri with a strip of
nori or avocado slices, or roll them over
in a plate of toasted sesame seeds.

in a good blender: you can mix up paté (this one's made with carrots, walnuts, sunflower seeds, kelp and spices) used

in the food processor rather than to the soaking water.
