mixture and be almost indecipherable.
Next, add the sautéed onion - garlic
mixture to the soaked
oatmeal in the mixing bowl, along with the cooked wild rice, cooked quinoa, and seasonings.
Not only was the texture PERFECT, the
oatmeal - quinoa flake
mixture had this faint coconut flavor
in the background, and with the super-duper injection of fiber, I was full straight through lunch.
If you're making this
in a cast iron skillet like I did, you can stir your
oatmeal mixture right into the skillet with sweet potatoes.

mixture the recipe refers to is the flour you make by pulsing the
oatmeal in the food processor until very fine.
Then the whole

In a small saucepan, warm
mixture on low - medium heat, stirring frequently to reach desired
oatmeal - like consistency.
I placed the
mixture in with the oats, added some water, and nuked the
oatmeal for three minutes
in the microwave.
