This recipe works great in my Vitamix, but I have not tried
it in other blenders.

It's a much stronger
blender than the

in that price range so I think you're really getting a lot for your money here.
Some cooks remove the seeds and stems and mince them before adding them to the chili pot;
other puree the peppers

blender and then add them to the chili.
