I just made this with the adjustments of using a half scoop of vanilla protein powder in place of eggs, raw
honey in place of date / stevia, added a 1 / 4t vanilla extract and a tiny sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg.
2 — 3 organic bananas, fresh or freshly frozen, sliced 1 cup Rawlicious Cashew Mylk (same as my Supergorgeous Almond Mylk recipe — in the book — only use raw cashews in place of almonds and maple
syrup in place of dates!)
You can also use the peanut powder in a smoothie or muffins, and feel free to try the figs in my Fig «n» Apple Pie Spice Muffins or your favorite energy ball
recipe in place of dates.
