Ontario employers routinely exploit lax employment laws to avoid paying people
in precarious jobs basic entitlements such as overtime pay and even minimum wage, according to a new report by the Workers Action Centre.
The Interim Report focuses on the need for legislative amendments to address issues facing «vulnerable workers
in precarious jobs.»
