soup — a tasty main - meal
soup which is nice served with a slice of bread or why not some
sweet potato roti.
The pulp can also be used for a blended
sweet potato soup, as an oatmeal stir -
in or as a base for mashed
sweet potatoes.
Serve with fresh cut veggies, oil - free tortilla chips, grilled zucchini slices, use it
in a
soup or stew, or even serve it as a dip for roasted
sweet potato fries — yum!
If you want a low carb or paleo option for this
soup I found
sweet potato starch noodles
in the asian grocery store.

Pacific's thai
