DIY cookies are versatile
in that the recipe can be tweaked to suit your liking: mix and match your favorite add -
in ingredients —
dark chocolate chunks, white
chocolate chips, chopped nuts or seeds, dried fruit.
Fab flavour combos, orange white choc and cranberry always go great together — I also used raw honey
in place of agave as I believe its a more natural, unrefined sweetner (agave isnt as innocent as you might think — read up about it) As for those of you who wanted to know about the white choc chips, well I avoid all dairy and refined sugars so I simply made my own, its dead easy — simply combine pure raw cacao butter (gently melted) with a pinch of celtic salt, a little extract of vanilla and some raw cashew butter, then freeze
in a suitable container before breaking into
chunks!!!!! yummy You can make
dark chocolate chips even easier by melting pure coconut oil and stirring
in a little vanilla, honey and raw cacao powder before freezing!!!
Plus, the bits and
chunks of deep, rich
dark chocolate tossed
in at the end are like little gold nuggets of flavor
in ever bite.
I think a tiny bit of
dark chocolate chunks in here could have made this a delightful dessert!

If you can't find vegan
chocolate chips, you can get a bar of
dark vegan

chunks, this is what I did because my grocery store didn't have any vegan
chocolate chips.

in some toasted macadamia nuts for a little buttery crunch,
chunks of caramel for a little chew, and some
dark chocolate, just because.
Big
chunks of banana are frozen with chocolatey coconut milk, dipped
in dark chocolate and chopped almonds, and sprinkled with sea salt for a treat that's sure to beat the heat this summer!

in my oven and a handful of organic

Pour it into two glasses, or a bowl for one if you want a bigger coffee boost, then top with

I made this recipe with 70 %
dark chocolate chunks instead of the cranberry / almond, some agave mixed
in with the honey and sugar, and used all organic ingredients except for the butter.
