Since the holidays are arriving and we both need to hold back on the calorie intake

recipe this time.
I created this
recipe for an
upcoming class I am teaching at Cavallo Point
in Sausalito, California on Scandinavian cooking.
I will share the
recipe for the meals I have made with it
in upcoming posts, but for now, I thought that I should start out by sharing the taco seasoning from my guide and cookbook!
The menu is only set so far
in advance, so you can only skip so many
recipes at a time and then eventually you reach a point where the
upcoming menu / meal option are not known and so you can't mark them as «skipped».
What a thrill it was to come up with a
