I'm a
vegetarian and I try to eat
vegan most of the time — I hadn't thought about putting avocados
in my sauce.

I've done plant based
vegan, fully raw,
vegetarian, healthy, unhealthy, underweight, overweight
and I'm aware that the way I eat may always change
in the future so I try to be humble
in what I currently believe to be «the best way to eat»
and always relate it only to myself
in terms of using the word «best.»
This is a fabulously easy meal because it only contains three ingredients
and is ready
in the time it takes to boil pasta (it's also
vegetarian,
and vegan).
If you're like me, you may not be
vegetarian, let alone
vegan, but you have more
and more
vegans in your life
and sometimes you need to cook for them.
