But the most exciting advancement
in vegan desserts has been my mentality... because I'm actually really starting to enjoy baking!!
This cake uses flax seed meal and chickpea water to create this melt - in - your - mouth texture that I haven't quite found
in vegan desserts.
We use vegan natural cane sugar (and other natural sweeteners), trans - fat and cholesterol free ingredients, real fruit, unbleached flour, and whole wheat pastry flour
in our vegan desserts.
The fat in truffles typically come from cream, but of course, that won't cut
it in a vegan dessert.

dessert recipe for Valentine's Day... What if I use the nutty flavour chickpea flour as a base for my sauce (which I had done once before) and thicken it up with agar - agar powder?
Using Sweet Potatoes instead of Pumpkin, and by substituting the traditional cream cheese, white sugar and flour
in a Pumpkin or Sweet Potato cheesecake, it can actually become a wonderfully nutritious, wonderfully delicious
