inaccurate Zestimates are.
Early on, agents said that Zillow, and particularly it's infamously
inaccurate zEstimates, were a fad that would soon go away.

inaccurate Zestimates are so stop complaining about how
inaccurate Zestimates are!»
The site, he said, leaves the real estate practitioner out of its advertising; puts
inaccurate Zestimates next to list prices; encourages consumers to sell without an agent; posts inaccurate, out - of - date information; and buries basic listings behind pages of «featured» (paid) listings.
That will help you when dealing with home buyers or sellers that throw
inaccurate Zestimates in your face during contract negotiations.

Automated valuation estimators based on properties sold in the area, such as Zillow's
Zestimate, which is shown on all active listings, are popular among customers, even though the values are notoriously
inaccurate, and often cause headaches for REALTORS ® when buyers or sellers take these unreliable numbers too seriously.

In a 21 - point legal brief outlining their specific violations, two things become immediately clear (assuming of course there is truth in these allegations): Zillow is giving preferential treatment to preferred brokerages (labeled «co-conspirator Broker [s] in the lawsuit) and
Zestimates are wildly
inaccurate (as many have adamantly stated since
Zestimates» conception).
Zillow's estimate of a residential property's «fair market value» which the lawsuit states they know «to be
inaccurate,» have allowed «only select brokers to conceal the display of
Zestimates on their listings to the exclusion of the general public.»
