inch slate made in the last two years.

inch Android Honeycomb
slate costs a low $ 179 up front then $ 10 per month for 20 months thereafter, adding up to $ 379 (not including data costs).
The tablet portion by itself weighs 1.3 pounds,
making it about average size and weight for a 10 -
inch slate.

makes us think that it could be a hit.
The rumor has RIM working on some sort of
slate - style iPad - killer that's expected to sport an 8.9 -
