As
the incident angle of light moves from 90 degrees to a panel the amount of electricity generated falls off very rapidly.

What's more, the silica molecules are arranged at such an
angle that they transmit more wavelengths
of light than current coatings, as well as capturing more
incident light.
The ideal mirror reflects
light incident from any
angle, known as omnidirectional reflectance, and for all frequencies (or colors)
of light.
Incident light was shone on the protein drop from beneath at an
angle of 30 °.
Is it not also therefore true that the polar areas
of least water vapor, where a greater temperature increase from doubling
of Co-2 would have the most effect, has the least W / sq - m percentage
of both incoming S - W and outgoing L - W radiation due to the
incident angle of incoming Sun
light, the high reflectivity
of the snow and ice, and the greatly reduced outgoing L - W radiation due to this?

Greg Goodman June 17, 2014 at 5:08 pm, I think when you take into count reflection
of low
incident light, and that a few hours east and west
of local noon, the
angle is even lower, even in the middle
of summer.

angle both ways, they lower and increase
angle of incident light.
Although the reflectivity
of water is very low at low and medium
angles of incident light, it increases tremendously at high
angles of incident light such as occur on the illuminated side
of the Earth near the terminator (early morning, late afternoon and near the poles).
At low
angles it begins to reflect a significant portion
of incident light but low
angles only occur when the sunlight is weak to begin with (near dawn and dusk and at very high latitudes).
«The basic idea behind retro - reflection is that
light reaching one
of the RR elements will be reflected back to the source
of the
light regardless
of the
incident angle.
