work: large abstract figural mirrors, such as Dysmorphophobia 1, 2 and 3, with carved details and cutouts, create an illusion of a character or ghostly figure; Self 2 is a steel cabinet and kinetic piece, balancing a sculptural ovoid form that abstracts a human head and physically rocks on the top surface; Tempter, an over-sized adult rocking unicorn is cast in
bronze with metal chain stirrups; Shiqule Nuhai, two ceramic vases, monumental in height, reference Marcel Wanders» Delft Blue collection with a darker sensibility, using black glaze.
The selection of
works ranges in date from 1997 to the present,
including video and small - to large - scale sculptures (made of silicone, fiberglass, human and animal hair, taxidermied peacocks, polyester, nylon, wool, plastic and
bronze).
Her recent
work includes elemental
bronze sculptures and haunting, minimalist photograms.
Spanning both galleries and encompassing
works in a wide range of media —
including paintings, new
bronze sculptures,
works on paper, neon texts and a video — the exhibition reveals the most recent developments in Emin's intensely personal yet profoundly universal oeuvre.
Other
works on display
include After Kosuth (2012 - 17), a self - portrait that exists as a photograph, a photo etching on paper and a gold - plated

works, when viewed alongside the Simon's collection of modèles and related
bronzes (
