I do hard - core Paleo / Primal and I also did a Paleo - keto diet (
including all the superfoods like bone broths, offal, sea veggies,

coconut oil etc), and if I hadn't restrict calories below 1100 (I'm small framed), I wouldn't lose any weight.
Furthermore, if you
include coconut water,
coconut milk, different kinds of tea, kombucha,
kefir, unsweetened almond milk you will enhance the intake of fluids and the taste of your smoothies.
