Some methods
include, «Combine [vegetables] with other

include partially hydrogenated vegetable
oils, salt, spices, artificial
flavors, emulsifiers, binders, vitamins, minerals, preservatives and other ingredients, most of which are intended to enhance taste, texture, nutritional content or shelf life.
Some culprits
include modified cornstarch (thickener often made from genetically modified corn), partially hydrogenated vegetable
oils, MSG, gluten, artificial
flavorings, and silicon dioxide (to prevent caking), among others.
Other highly processed ingredients
include flavors, colors,
oils (sometimes partially hydrogenated, i.e. trans fat), and sources of fiber.
Most store - bought dressings are full of ingredients that aren't good for your body,
including industrial seed
oils, added sugar, preservatives, and artificial
flavors.
While you can purchase all of these dairy alternatives at the grocery store or online, the store bought versions often contain additives
including carrageenan, titanium dioxide, synthetic Vitamin A and D, refined sugars, soy lecithin, rancid vegetable
oils, and other «natural»
flavorings.
Other food chemicals besides partially hydrogenated
oils contain trans fat content small enough to escape disclosure,
including refined
oils, emulsifiers,
flavors and colors.
Besides an array of snack choices, the products

oils, artificial colors or
flavors and no high fructose corn syrup.
Common additives in almond butters
include: added
oils, isolated sugars or sweeteners, salt, and
flavors, none of which are ideal for our health or weight.
