There were lots of recipes that caught my eye while first looking through this book but so far I've stuck mostly to level 3 recipes, which
include more raw food techniques.
I'm never going to be a 100 % raw foodist, it just doesn't fit my ethos (or my daily time constraints), but I will certainly be
including more raw foods into my diet as I love the variety and different nutritional approach it adds.
Including more raw food in your diet is a fantastic way to boast the nutrient content of your diet.

MORE foods include hard candy, nuts and seeds,
raw carrots, apples, popcorn, chunks of peanut butter, marshmallows, chewing gum and sausages.
And you'd think they were right since dieting
includes an enormous list of things to do like counting daily calories, lowering carb intake, avoiding white wheat, reducing fat intake, drinking lemon juice in the morning, writing in a nutrition diary about everything you've eaten that day, eating
more vegetables, drinking a lot of water, slowly chewing your
food, taking fat burner supplements, eating lots of bacon if you're on a Keto diet (come to think of it, that's not that bad), trying all sorts of natural weight - loss
foods, sometimes even eating
raw foods and the list goes on and on.
As each stage progresses, you add in
more foods,
including eggs, ghee, fresh - pressed juices, casseroles, roasted meats, soaked nuts and seeds,
raw vegetables, and, eventually, cooked fruit.
Cotton also requires dozens
more chemicals,
including bleach, during the long process of turning

While proponents of feeding
raw foods,
including raw egg yolks, claim the uncooked
food contains
more nutrients than cooked
foods, the difference overall is minimal, according to petMD.
When starches are cooked,
including using the extrusion process commonly used in producing commercial dog
foods, the starch is
more easily digested then when it is fed
raw.
However, after talking with customer service, it seems they have
more comprehensive testing parameters,
including testing the
raw ingredients and diets during pet
food processing.
Given the growth of the so - called alternative pet
food category, which we believe
includes fresh,
raw, dehydrated, baked and whole
foods, it's obvious that
more and
more consumers want to feed
food that is less processed and
more natural and looks like real
food to their pets.
Dry
food (and I
include treats in this definition) turns into a sticky paste when mixed with saliva in the mouth, and this paste adheres to teeth and gums much
more than canned or
raw food.

Many vets will recommend a high fiber diet to attempt to firm up the soft stools that commercial dog
foods can create... but a
