Summer CLCs provide expanded academic enrichment opportunities to help students bridge the academic gap between school years, which
include youth development activities, technology education, art, music and recreation activities.

Primetime programs primarily serve
youth in need, and offer positive
development opportunities, access to safe places for summer programs, and a wide range of
