All of the
stems / base of the
broccoli or just some which would be
included when cutting into florets.
This
includes the humble
broccoli, which sees its
stems and leaves thrown out, despite the fact that these parts are almost equally nutritious and delicious as the florets.
-- 100 - 150 g of some type of green (usually spinach or kale, occasionally some
broccoli stems)-- occasionally some shredded coconut (or any kind of coconut really)-- 1 - 2 bananas — various other fruits,
including berries, apples, pears, pineapples, etc..

Green veggies that are lower in calcium
include celery leaves,
broccoli stems, cabbage, and watercress.
Some of the favorites
include the crunchy bits of romaine lettuce, red peppers, baby carrots, cut up bits of
broccoli stems, cucumber and celery.
