These fellowships aim to develop, retain, attract and sustain research and innovation talent in the UK and will provide support for up to 7 years for
early career researchers working in any subject area —
including all areas of STFC science.
It will also
include 18 post-doctoral,
early -
career researchers who have been carefully selected from around the world.
In total 37
early career researchers (19 from the UK and 18 from Japan) from various fields
including Medicine, Psychology and Education participated.
