Session # 2 — Linguistics and Culture This session will be divided into sections that will cover topics including the following: Parts of speech
including modal verbs and verb tenses, Active and passive voice, Pragmatic, Sociolinguistics, Phonemes, graphemes, morphemes, etc., Intonation and word stress, IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet), Rhetorical patterns, the impact of language on culture and vice versa, Types of cultures and how culture impacts learning.
Each episode focusses on revising aspects of grammar such as adjectives, adverbs, verbs (
including modal verbs) and nouns (including proper, common and abstract).
