However, like my southwestern succotash also it
includes roasted green
chile which one could substitute with poblano.

Dave, For the past year I have been experimenting with two recipes: 1) dried
chiles, dried herbs, salt, water, very small amounts of vinegar and 2) same ingredients, but
including fresh,
roasted chiles.
When combined with its eight made - from - scratch sauces,
including chile con carne, sour cream sauce, ranchera sauce,
chile con queso, salsa de crema, red
chile sauce and fire -
roasted queso, it makes for a total of 56 different enchilada choices.
These delicacies
included Pork Belly wrapped in puff pastry with sweet
chile glaze and toasted sesame seeds, stuffed baby new potatoes with asiago soufflé; house made Duck Prosciutto served with mesculin baby lettuces in a white balsamic vinaigrette and fennel pollen; herb

roast local brussel sprouts and fennel.
