inclusion in the arts for all Tennesseans.
Starting
in fall 2016, four
strategic diversity
planning committees composed of Pratt community members have been charged to develop goals and objectives to facilitate progress
in areas that include recruiting, retaining and graduating a diverse student body and hiring and retaining a diverse faculty and staff; creating an environment
in which all students, faculty, and staff feel welcome; and expanding diversity and
inclusion initiatives between Pratt Institute and the external community.
In an effort to carry out these commitments, our President and CEO John Jeanetta has woven diversity and
inclusion into the
strategic planning and operations of Heartland Family Service.
