I did everything a consumer is supposed to do, no multiple representation, had my lawyer review offer before signing, had a
home inspection done by a designated inspector / a member of a provincial
association, specifically told
home inspector to look for vermiculite given the age of the
home (1957) Vermiculite was there & tested by an
independent lab as negative for asbestos, inspector obviously new of my concern about asbestos....
