of genres and categories, have different
levels of experience, they all have one thing in common: they wrote and self - published because they couldn't imagine doing anything else.
While that growth has started to
level off as fewer writers have unpublished novels in their closets to publish, you can still expect to go up against thousands
of other motivated
indie authors.
I always treat every book with the same
level of respect and careful attention that it needs to become the best it can be, regardless
of whether it is a big publisher, independent or an
indie author.

indie author is making more money by selling their book on their own — provides a certain
level of long - term security.
