indie developers and having a booth at E3 is seen more as a dream.

convention during March / April, it still makes a presence at it's bigger brother's EGX (Eurogamer Expo)
convention with it's selection of
indie games on all platforms even the newest console the Nintendo Switch.

One of my favourite things about going to a big gaming
convention is getting to play lots of
indie games with their creators.
While passing through the Rezzed section (the collection of
indie games at the
convention), I came across a
game called BFF of Die.
It's not that the advice given was poor or inaccurate so much as it was beginner - level advice (which admittedly, a lot of
indie developers still really need to hear): stuff like use
conventions to playtest & network, make sure your
game has a unique selling point & sounds exciting when summarized in a single sentence, don't pick a stupid name for your
game, etc..

Getting space at a major
convention is difficult, and
Indie Megabooth makes it possible to showcase
games that otherwise wouldn't get to be seen at all.
When we went to the PAX West 2016 gaming
convention, we got to see a number of new and upcoming
indie games in action, and we even got to chat with a few of the developers behind these
games.

Indie MEGABOOTH dedicated to tabletop
games, many of which were headed to Kickstarter.

If you'll pardon the rather unorthodox blog-esque introduction here, I was rather apprehensive as I made my way down to London for this year's EGX Rezzed — an annual
games convention that, while hosting a fair few AAA titles, is mostly home to many upcoming
indie titles near or still a fair distance from release.
If a simple looking, block - based mining
game can go from nothing to big enough to launch a successful
convention in only two years, surely other developers will start experimenting with more ambitious
indie titles, right?
