I used to stress about bad
reviews, my ego throbbing like a bee sting, but then I read something by
Indie author John Locke (who set the record for eBook sales and is starting to turn «traditional publishing» into a bad word) that completely changed the
game:

Project Temporality is a fascinating

With «Very Positive»
reviews on Steam, Hollow Knight is an
indie action adventure metroidvania
game where players can «forge their own path».
I've
reviewed a lot of
indie games here so you should know that not all
indie games are cheap avatar platformers.
As I noted in my
review of Protect Me Knight, it's nice to see some intriquing entries from Japanese
indie games developers given the Xbox 360 is a very small market in Japan.
With the recent flood of quality
games, thanks to the
Indie Games Winter Uprising as well as some great titles from other developers, BoD slipped out of the top 50 and I jumped at the chance to
review it.
I wasn't surprised by its polish, the
