The
past 12 months have had a lot to offer those of us with a predilection for video
games,
from quirky
indie titles like Undertale to the easy - to - predict blockbusters like Fallout 4.
The next industry heroes probably won't emerge, as in the

indie developers with great ideas since the small guys generally can't afford even to prototype a video
game.
If the
past two generations of

past 20 years and if I learned anything
from being a musician is you are nothing without the people who come to your shows, buy your music, and etc. so it's important to interact with your fans and I feel this is something that needs to be carried over as
indie developer.
Dark Day Interactive - is a small
indie Development company, based in Australia and the United Kingdom, with
past experience in the video
game market, with the current release of Once Bitten, Twice Dead on PC, and iOS hits like Sky Island, the team has taken there
past skills and knowledge
from other projects and combined them into one tight company, answering to no major publishers, only making
games they love, for the community and helped shape by the community.
While they lack the budget of a AAA title, these five
games are the pinnacle of
indie development
from the
past year, according to us anyway.
There are a few racing
games that have come to PlayStation VR over the
past few months, but this latest one
from indie studio FuturLab.
The explosion of
indie gaming in the
past decade has not only allowed for smaller companies to enter the gaming market, it has allowed for people
from various background and unique
games to have a place.
