Climate scientists say politicians must move on from Kyoto - style piecemeal negotiations on
individual national targets to a global
plan to cap concentrations of critical greenhouse gases, especially CO2.

planned state socialism why not remove state shackles and let millions of

Leaves energy decisions to
individual choices... Sounds like a conservative
climate plan.»
