I first saw Matteo Garrone's ambitious and somewhat grueling screen adaptation of Robert Saviano's non-fiction study of the insidious
infiltration of organized crime in all facets of life in Naples and Caserta, at the 2008 Toronto International Film Festival.
Represented Illinois Gaming Board as Special Assistant Attorney General in license revocation proceedings arising out
of alleged misrepresentation to Board in casino license application relating to
organized crime infiltration.
During his tenure with the Attorney General, Mr. Levy was responsible for the investigation and trial
of organized crime and corruption matters with statewide and national significance, including investigations into allegations
of voter suppression in the 1993 gubernatorial election and the «computer gate» investigation involving the
infiltration of the New Jersey Assembly Democratic staff's computer system.
