infused waters because they always taste a little funny to me.
Herbs are also frequently used with
infused water because they add more flavor, as well as letting you get some of their nutrients.

You couldn't swim in the rivers,
because they contained dust and run off from radiation -
infused water.
It is hard to even call
infused water a recipe
because it is so simple.

I personally like to take my herbs as a strongly
infused tea or a decoction (an infusion for any flowers leaves, decoction for barks and roots)
because it also gets a lot more
water into the body!
