exotic ingrdients you use in your recipies but that will still make it healthy?
Also don» t be afraid to try different
strong ingrdients in your rubs like herbs, citrus zest, and ground chiles.
I wonder if it was too much at once or if it's something about how coconut oil reacts with
another ingrdient... maybe the yogurt?
