(G — L) In situ hybridization of wild - type embryos
injected with wild - type (G — I) or mutant ACVR1 (J — L) to detect ventral markers eve1 (G, n = 12/12; J, n = 10/13; onset of gastrulation) and gata2 (H, n = 14/14; K, n = 15/19; mid-gastrulation) or dorsal marker foxb1.2 (I, n = 12/12; L, n = 6/13, 7/13 showed no expression; mid-gastrulation).
The results showed that Tg - hIAPP
injected with pancreatic homogenate containing IAPP aggregates (the Tg / Tg group) exhibited an altered islet morphology characterized by the appearance of α - and δ - cells in the center of the islets, compared with the classical pattern in mice (observed in Tg / WT), in which these cells are mostly confined to the periphery of the islets (Brissova et al., 2005).
We found that 70 % of embryos
injected with Mcf1 failed to develop to first larval instar compared with 26 % of embryos
injected with the same concentration of heat inactivated BSA (Figure 3C).
These abnormalities were not observed during the time of our experiments in Tg - hIAPP untreated mice or mice
injected with pancreas homogenate without IAPP aggregates.
Here we report the discovery of an acute inflammatory condition that is mediated by Toll - like receptor (TLR) 2 and TLR6 and which induces hypoferremia in mice
injected with TLR ligands.

injected them with a normally lethal dose of influenza virus.

injected with WT pancreas.

injected with the drug didn't respond to ankle pressure, demonstrating reduced pain.
And in a follow - up study presented at the American Chemical Society meeting in San Diego, California, this month, Al - Abed and colleagues demonstrated that mice lacking the MIF gene remained healthy after being
injected with streptozotocin.
Mice
injected with the blocker - treated leukemia cells, however, only exhibited cancer in 2 % of their bone marrow cells.

injected them with shiga toxin, all of the rodents survived.

injected with the microRNA blocker, none showed any signs that the treatment was toxic, the researchers report online today in Nature.

injected with Rhes experienced an exacerbation of motor issues, including loss of balance and coordination.
By examining the hippocampus — a portion of the brain associated with the process of learning — after the rats learned to associate a sound with a motor response, scientists found that the new brain cells
injected with dye a few weeks earlier were still alive in those that had learned the task while the cells in those who had failed did not survive.
